A recent report released listed the 100 most endangered species in the world but are they worth the fuss? Some Scientists argue that the millions spent yearly to preserve the Giant Panda - an animal that refuses to breed and tries to survive on an ever dwindling bamboo food source despite its poor nutritional benefits - is no longer worth the effort, that they are allowing themselves to become extinct and that these huge funds would be better spent on other species. No species will last forever, as a changing world requires new adaptions and ecosystems, and as nature is constantly modifying to fit the earths current condition. Humans have the potental to avoid this natural system of selection, termination and evolution with technology and medicene, but as any species we will come to an end as every other species that will or have exsisted on earth. This is simply my point of view and with this argument i believe it is quite pointless to presirve the giant pandas, tigers, etc exsistance
